Just updated our music database with new tracks from B.O.B.,Miley Cyrus,David Guetta,Rihanna & many more.

Also updated our back catalogue with some old favourites including Rod Stewart’s American Songbook series.

Last Friday we hosted a Trivia night at the Watermark hotel on the Gold Coast.These are always lots of fun and tonight was no different.If your thinking of having a trivia event for your workplace call us for our great prices.These are really good employee bonding events as well.

Saturday we were up at Heritage Wines on Tamborine for Rachel and Corey’s wedding.

Sunday was over at the Hyatt,Sanctuary Cove for another wedding.It was one of the nicest days of the year.The weather was great and the reception was awesome.

We did a school disco last Friday which is always lots of fun.The kids had a rock n roll theme and really got into it.
Saturday was Michael & Melissa’s wedding at Tambourine.Always great up there although its starting to get really cold lol.
Sunday was a wedding for Roman & Naomi up at Q1.There was only 40 people but it is the quality not quantity.Some of the most crazy wedding parties i have ever done have only had 30 guests.
It was the first time i personally had been to Q1 for a few years.What can you say about the view?

This past weekend we were at Harvey Norman (Browns Plains) on Saturday & Sunday to help celebrate their sale.As well as us there was jumping castles,face painters and crazy dancers.

Saturday night i was at the Abruzzi Club at Carina.First time i had been there as they have recently come under new management and are looking to host weddings and parties.It is a really great room with a separate dancing area.If your searching for a venue it is definitely worth taking a look.
Anyway i was there to do Sally & Frank’s 50th birthday party.I had done their wedding at Moombah 5 years ago and they were so happy with the job we did they asked us back again.It’s always great to catch up with past clients.
The theme of the night was James Bond.It was well planned out with some Bond movies playing as well as some Bond trivia and of course Bond music.

Well hopefully the new website should be up any day now.Hopefully everyone likes it and if there is any problems at all please let me know asap.

Again we have been really busy of late.We had the pleasure of djing Olympic swimmer Jessica Schipper’s engagement to Brett in early May at the Hamilton Hotel.DJ Steven was out on that party and said it was a fun night.Should be a great wedding.

I had a strange occurrence at my wedding last Saturday.Unfortunately the bride fell ill about 30 minutes into the reception and had to leave.She went to lie down for a while hoping to make it back later for the speeches and bridal waltz.Unfortunately she didn’t get better and was taken to the hospital by ambulance later in the night.The guests made the best of a bad situation and most seemed to enjoy themselves once the dancing started.In over 1000 weddings i have never had this happen before and hopefully it won’t happen again.

Friday the 16th we did a corporate event for Energex at the Royal On The Park in Brisbane.Their guest entertainer was Peter Rosethorn from Kath & Kim fame.Really funny guy and great to work with.After Pete’s routine it was dance time and they let loose..Great night in all.

Saturday the 17th was flatout.Probably our biggest Saturday this year so far.All our dj’s were working events.

Sunday the 18th was a change of pace.We did a little athletics presentation in the afternoon.Lots of games and fun.
